1. Agreement
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the StoneLogic Pro platform (the “Platform”). By ticking to accept, or by accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and to our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform.
2. Accounts and access
Access is granted to named, authorised users only. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must not share, sell, or transfer your credentials or otherwise permit any other person to access the Platform using your account. Access and activity on the Platform are logged and monitored.
3. Intellectual property
The Platform, including its software, design, user interface, layouts, workflows, features, and content (excluding your own business data), is owned by StoneLogic Pro and its licensors and is protected by copyright, design right, database right, and other intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you except the limited right to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.
4. Restrictions
You must not, and must not permit any third party to:
- copy, reproduce, or reverse engineer the Platform or any part of it;
- access or use the Platform to build, train, benchmark, or assist a competing product or service;
- scrape, extract, or systematically copy the Platform’s interface, features, data models, or content;
- resell, sublicense, rent, or otherwise make the Platform available to any third party;
- access the Platform on behalf of, or share its content with, a competitor, or use it for competitive analysis;
- remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notice or on-screen identifier.
The full list of prohibited uses is set out in the Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Confidentiality
The Platform and its non-public features, designs, and functionality are confidential to StoneLogic Pro. You must not disclose them to any third party or use them for any purpose other than your permitted use of the Platform.
6. Monitoring and suspension
We may monitor use of the Platform to protect our rights and detect breaches of these Terms. We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy have been breached. Unauthorised access to a computer system may be a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will ask you to review and accept the updated version on your next sign-in.
