Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy forms part of, and should be read with, the Terms of Use. It applies to everyone who accesses the StoneLogic Pro platform (the “Platform”).

Prohibited uses

You must not use, or attempt to use, the Platform to:

  • copy, reproduce, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform;
  • design, develop, train, benchmark against, or otherwise assist any product or service that competes with the Platform;
  • conduct competitive research, or access or use the Platform on behalf of a competitor of StoneLogic Pro;
  • scrape, harvest, extract, or systematically download the Platform’s user interface, screens, workflows, features, pricing logic, data structures, or content;
  • resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or make the Platform available to any third party;
  • share, sell, or transfer account credentials, or allow anyone else to use your account;
  • circumvent, disable, or interfere with security, access controls, usage limits, audit logging, or on-screen identifiers;
  • introduce malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its data.

Monitoring, traceability and enforcement

All access and activity is logged and attributable to the acting user. Screens may display an identifying watermark. We reserve the right to investigate suspected breaches, to suspend or terminate access, and to pursue all available legal remedies, including under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and the Computer Misuse Act 1990. Unauthorised access to a computer system is a criminal offence.
